Before participating in classes you should be a member of the British Association for German Shepherd Dogs (BAGSD). Membership of the Association enables you to attend any branch and ensures you are kept up to date with changes affecting the breed. You can complete the forms to join BAGSD when you first attend.

Fees for BAGSD membership:

Membership runs for one calendar year, and there are reduced fees for half year membership for people joining after July. We have membership forms that you can complete on your first visit or you can download the membership form here.  The types of Membership of BAGSD has changed in 2020 and are explained here.

In addition to membership of ‘British Association of German Shepherd Dogs’, Reigate and District Branch makes a charge of £40.00 for 10 training sessions. This is to pay for the hire of the hall and any incidental expenses. We have a coffee break after the first class and this is included in the weekly fee. Training is given by volunteers who have passed the BAGSD Instructor's Course or trainee instructors operating under the supervision of a qualified BAGSD Instructor.

We also ask that you complete an information form for Reigate Branch so we know a little bit more about you and your dog and have contact details in case we need to contact you.
